Hello I am Avril and I am a therapist specialising in working online. Having had a private practice where clients came to see me in person I realised that there was a whole section of people that I was not able to reach due to location. I have been working solely online for the past six months and have been able to support people both in UK and abroad. I am an accredited online and phone counsellor.

About me and my practice

Ive worked in the mental heath profession for 25 years and have experience of working with clients both as individuals and as couples. My practice is in Cornwall but thanks to amazing technology it really doesnt matter where you are. Online counselling means that you dont have to travel to see your therapist and we can work whilst you are at home, work or even your car (I have had several appointments with clients in their cars (as long as they are stationary of course.
I trained as an integrative therapist which means I dont work just in one modality but prefer to treat each individual client in a way that best suits them.

Initial Consultation

At the initial consultation I will take a background history of what brings you to therapy now and discuss your goals of therapy.

I will also send you a contract of what we can expect from each other.

Fees

Fees are £50 for individual sessions lasting 50 mins and £65 for couples sessions of 60 minutes

When I Work

My working hours are Monday to Friday 10 - 5
